I really can’t thank her enough, she was such a joy to work with and made the whole process so easy!
I was traveling from Chicago, so I didn’t have a chance to meet her ahead of the proposal (which would normally have made me a bit nervous), but her communication was so good throughout the process that I never had a doubt she would come through!
Being new to Madeira, she helped beyond just the engagement, suggesting hotels and restaurants for our stay. And when it came to the engagement, she suggested the spot that ended up being so perfect - one I never could have found on my own!
I’ve heard of other photographers who come up to the couple and casually ask to take pictures of them before the proposal starts, which I’ve always thought was suboptimal as it’s can spoil the surprise, and ruins the intimacy of the moment to have a photographer right next to you. Tatiana, on the other hand, was so well hidden that I couldn’t even spot her when I tried!
Additionally, she had a hidden camera that - to my surprise - caught the whole audio of the proposal! I didn’t even realize til after the fact but I can’t tell you how happy we were to find out that we have it (especially since we both blacked out a bit in the moment lol).
And finally - the most important part - the pictures were just so incredibly well done! She stayed with us for almost an hour afterwards doing a full shoot, and you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. We’ve had many friends tell us some of the photos are the best engagement pictures they’ve ever seen.
We are so thankful for her - she was so instrumental in this important moment for both of us! She is a master at her craft - and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone else looking for a photographer!
